What to do before calling... (Please print, complete and give to technician at time of service call.)
If you’re having problems that are Internet related (ie, no e-mail or no chat services, etc.)
Please call your ISP first to find out if there are any outages in your area.
Sometimes connection issues can also be resolved by unplugging the power source from your highspeed modem and router (if you have one). Then plugging in the power for the modem first, wait for it to come on-line (a few minutes) then plug in the power for your router if you have one. Then you can try your Internet access again.
Most problems are easier to fix if we have some simple information ahead of time or at the time of our visit.
